Since hallofshame pussied out on it's claim to fame, I thought I'd take it up. Here's some descriptions of various newgrounds users written by various newgrounds users. Anything can be added, so feel free to contribute to the shame!

TheThesukzass - gay asshole who enjoys sucking the cocks of shitty users like mikeygay, banglawhore, and legofaggotdude.

cartoonwarstudios - 9 year old faggot who sucks at drawing and coding. Also steals code from tutorials and is known to submit free .fla files from the internet to newgrounds claiming they're his.

ugolegend94 - arrogant bitch who has no friends and has to resort to voting five on all of his submissions every day to get his scores above 2.00. makes tutorials with copied code to get people to think he knows actionscript. He also constantly plugs his shitty submissions in the forums, sometimes tricking them into clicking a link just to get people to look at his gay submissions.

mikeys9607 - words cannot describe how incredibly homosexual he is. He copies code from tutorials, makes shitty games, and doesn't know when to stop.

legodude2000 - piece of shit who sucks at everything he does and needs to quit newgrounds.

banglagirl00 - asian hooker who is constantly sucking the dick of her brother banglaboy and his cronies: cartoonwarstudios, legodude2000, and mikeys9607.

thomast555 - copies code from tutorials and submits them to newgrounds. Also makes cookie cutter games.

banglaboy96 - loser who votes 5 on his submissions every day

rawern - all around faggot who sucks the cocks of mods and other such users

doppler73 - poser who tells everyone he's in the cc and the ll even when he is shunned by both organizations and ip banned from each of their sites.

pickilow - votes 5 on his submissions everyday like a gay faggot.

manly-chicken - doesn't know anything about code (still uses _root on the main timeline). steals code from tutorials, constantly plugs his shit in the forums. A regular bastard.

apit2010 - 8 year old child that gets raped by preists every week

FairSquare - for getting the gayest name change on newgrounds and for being an all around homosexual.

eewgames - utterly fails at everything he does.

sanjeev98 - worst thing to happen to the flash forum since billysprogrammer or thesongsalad. Constantly spams and plugs his shitty submissions. Doesn't even know what stop(); means. Always make +1 posts trying to help but doesn't even know how to open flash.
